Nutritional Seminar EU 2019 Krakow
Huvepharma hosted its 6th Nutrition Seminar Europe edition dedicated to Nutrition and Gut Health Management of high performing animals, the seminar held in Krakow, Poland on 9th – 10th May gathered 100 guests from across Europe, USA and Latin America.
During 2 days, international guest speakers shared their latest research covering topics from fibre degradation to gut health management.
Robert Hoste (Wageningen University) guided the audience through the worldwide competition in the pig production markets, Audrey McElroy (Texas A&M University) showed the opportunities in dietary management of necrotic enteritis, Theo Niewold (KU Leuven) showcased how to measure and manage gut health, Piero Agostini (Schothorst Feed Research) settled the ground for the understanding of the aminoacids evaluation systems in poultry. Huvepharma Global Product Management team contributed with lectures on managing gut health with probiotics by Wouter Van der Veken and on the use of enzymes for maximized animal performance and economical return by Robert Serwata.
The seminar closes with an energizing coaching session on “mental GPS” by Alexandra Lemos (Premium Coaching).
Alongside seminar guests had the opportunity to join several discussion moments amongst peers framed by the beautiful city of Krakow and its exquisite Salt Mines.
